1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM or on non-working days are processed the next business day.


2. Shipping Locations

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates using our company-operated delivery service.

Domestic Delivery (UAE):

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days

  • Express Delivery: Same-day or next-day delivery (subject to availability)

International Shipping:

  • International delivery is available.

  • Delivery takes 5–12 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Customs processing may cause additional delays.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on UAE orders over AED 2000.

  • Standard delivery charges apply for UAE orders below AED 2000.

  • International shipping fees vary based on country and product weight.

  • All delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment.


4. Delivery Method

  • All UAE deliveries are completed exclusively by the Luxury Top Furniture in-house delivery team.

  • We ensure safe handling, careful transportation, and proper placement of items upon delivery.


5. Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with delivery updates and estimated arrival time.

  • If you don’t receive delivery updates within 48 hours, contact us at support@luxurytopfurniture.ae.


6. Delays & Exceptions

Delivery may be affected by:

  • Bad weather

  • High order volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Customs delays for international shipments

Luxury Top Furniture is not responsible for delays that occur due to external factors.


7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failed attempts:

  • We will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

  • Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
