1. Return Eligibility
- The item was delivered within the last 7 days
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- You can provide valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
2. ❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following items:
- Products that have been used, installed, or assembled
- Items returned without original packaging, parts, or accessories
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or special order furniture
- Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items
3. How to Request a Return

- Order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Our team will review your request and share the return instructions
Customers are responsible for return shipping or pickup charges unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item delivered or defective product).
4. Refund Process
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect the returned item
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Note: Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by our error.

If you would like to exchange an item:
- Follow the same steps as the return process
- Specify the product you’d like to exchange it with
- Exchanges depend on stock availability
